A
user experience inline with rising customer expectations,
strategic objective and organisational brand are essential
for every software application, website and intranet. Marketing
perspectives have always been forefront in my mind as I have
developed CD, software, websites and intranets. These perspectives
require that customers are the drivers of products and organisations.
Similarly for user interfaces, for example:
| Customer objective |
Meeting customer requirements |
| Customers may be comming to your website to investigate
products and services |
a website should provide ample information, provide
ways to compare products (and/or services), provide straight
forward paths to product information |
